A turnkey renovation was important to me — it went fine, although there were moments that frayed my nerves, especially when they insisted on choosing the materials themselves, otherwise they couldn't give a warranty. They went a week over on the timeline, but didn't blow the estimate: it came out exactly as we'd agreed. I recommend them.
I can't say they work perfectly, but there were no problems. I was pleasantly surprised that they work by contract and lock in the price. They still went over the estimate, but maybe that's partly my fault — I changed my tile pick for the bathroom. As for pluses: the boss is always reachable and answers questions.
I really do recommend them. I'm 68, I decided to move because there was no lift in the building and going up the stairs had become hard for me. From the bare frame they did everything fairly fast and on time. A separate thank-you to Nikita: after our meeting about materials he helped me choose by the price-quality ratio. The guys are great — at least somewhere people still respect age.
As it is: I don't really have anything to compare the renovation itself to — before this I'd done everything myself, with my own hands. The difference, of course, you can see with the naked eye, especially against my DIY experience: everything happened really fast — bit here, bit there, what I'd have done myself in two or three years they finished in 6 months. I took the mid-tier renovation package, but it still looks premium to me. It seems all reasonable, though to me it's on the expensive side, even if it's quality. Judge for yourselves.
The most important thing — the company works with proper documents in Georgian with a Russian translation. We did the renovation in 5 months instead of 3 because of changes of plan and because they refused to put underfloor heating under laminate: we had a row, settled on wood-look tile. Because of the timing and the change of direction we didn't fit the estimate, but the work itself is done well.
Bought the apartment with a rough finish; we did the design, project and estimate ourselves. The crew are great and honest, came to check three times — I live in another city — and I'm happy with the quality and the price.
I ordered a for-rent renovation, they ran a week over on the timeline and went 10% over the estimate — the way they explained it, it was because of delivery delays. The apartment is being rented out, no complaints from the tenant so far. On the downside: I asked for a photo report every 3 days, in practice it came once a week. Not critical, but I had asked.
I can recommend the crew — they got everything done on time at a fair price, and it's clear what you're paying for.
A 4/5 — we slightly miscommunicated at the planning stage: they installed the toilet against the wall in a way I couldn't fit on it. Sorted it out with a 20-minute conversation, and they redid everything at no extra charge.

They got back to me the same day I reached out, and the next day they were already taking measurements and locking in the price for the bathroom renovation with a demo of the old finish. A separate thank-you to Nikita ❤️❤️❤️ — I never quite figured out what his job title is, but he came over to sort out a conflict with some unreasonable neighbours over the noise, and on top of that we agreed on swapping out the bathtub. Good renovation, worth the price. The guys are great, proactive, almost too much so — they were always running everything by me and adjusting it for the turnkey package. Overall I came out happy with the work; they even adapted around delays in materials. I recommend them.
I'd rate the company a 4. The renovation itself is done well, nothing's falling apart. Not a 5 because they sometimes went off the radar: when I'm picking out a faucet at the store, what matters to me is being in touch then, not an hour or two later.
Big thanks to the crew for the work. We bought an apartment after some elderly people in an older building in Batumi 🙈, and we had to redo all the utilities — the wiring, the plumbing, the whole thing from floor to ceiling. My husband and I thought we'd do it ourselves, but pretty quickly we realized we just couldn't pull it off 🤦♂️, because the renovation kept snowballing in complexity. The site supervisor is a really down-to-earth, knowledgeable guy when it comes to renovation — he handled picking and buying materials, was constantly on site, and kept an eye on everything. I can absolutely recommend them ❤️❤️❤️.
Very expensive. Done on time, but 20% over the estimate! At first we picked the wrong bathroom materials, delivery was delayed. Overall I'm happy with the renovation, but without the slip-ups I could have recommended them.
Our engineer will come to your apartment in Batumi at a convenient time, take measurements with a laser rangefinder, document the condition with photos and prepare an indicative estimate. All of this — 0 GEL, even if you do not later book the renovation with us.
