Cookie Policy

01

General provisions

This Cookie Policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Trushkin (“we”), registered at 3500, Georgia, Ozurgeti Municipality, Gogieti village, 3rd Street, building 11, uses cookies and similar technologies on lup.ge. This Policy forms an integral part of our Privacy Policy and applies jointly with it. By using the site you confirm that you have read this Policy; non-essential cookies are set only after you consent via our cookie banner.

02

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser or device when you visit pages. Cookies let the site remember your actions and preferences (interface language, form state, calculator package), secure your session and collect aggregated usage statistics. Alongside cookies we may use similar technologies — browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), web beacons and tracking pixels — all referred to as “cookies” in this Policy.

03

Categories of cookies we use

We use four categories: 1) strictly necessary — essential for site operation (navigation, form submission, security); they do not require consent and cannot be disabled via the banner; 2) functional — remember your preferences (language, calculator inputs); set after consent; 3) analytics — measure usage and behaviour in aggregate (Google Analytics 4, Yandex.Metrica); set after consent; 4) marketing — used for retargeting and relevant ads on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Yandex); set only after separate consent.

04

Third-party cookies

The following third parties may set cookies on our site: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Fonts) — analytics and font delivery; Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica) — web analytics; Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) — retargeting; Cloudflare, Inc. — security and acceleration. These third parties process data under their own policies: policies.google.com, yandex.com/legal, www.facebook.com/privacy, www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for their actions outside our site.

05

Managing consent

You can manage your consent: 1) through the cookie banner on first visit and the “Cookie settings” button in the footer; 2) in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — Privacy or Cookies section); 3) with blocker extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger); 4) via opt-out tools: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (Google Analytics), youronlinechoices.eu (EU ad choices). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break some site features.

06

Retention

Retention depends on cookie type: session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; persistent cookies live from 24 hours to 2 years. Typical retention: Google Analytics 4 — up to 14 months; Meta Pixel — up to 180 days; language preferences — up to 12 months; consent record — up to 12 months. A full list of active cookies with names, purpose and retention is available on request at info@lup.ge.
